No security? for prepaid orders no need of OTP? how we can make sure customer really got their parcel or not as having multiple delivery boy how we manage this security loophole?

I am talking about Local Delivery Boy app, so give two options :
- Show OTP when parcel is out for delivery within app/website in order section
- Send OTP over sms
