Sir I have been using Shoopy for quite a few days and I find the features & options very useful and user friendly.
But, I see few things are missing from the customer view point.
  1. There should be options to add images & videos during posting reviews. This will help other buyers to judge the quality of the product.
  2. There should be a "search with image" option since there are customers who sometimes don't know the name of the product. This should be done with Google lens integration.
  3. There should be an option for the customers to ask questions which will be posted with answers from the seller side along with the product description. This will create an user created FAQ which will help others to decide whether to buy or not
Please convey my message to the R&D Team so that these options can be implemented in the future. This will help Shoopy, the sellers & the customers.
