I am CO of Snap Buy E-commerce APP I was see facing this problem I have so many customers and I was see facing few 3 to 4 customer we will do fraud what kind of scam he will he will be do order on cash on delivery our system and team was do the process to deliver to that person that person was do not accept this order and that person was do 4 to 5 Times so that was I request to shoopy please update and being this customer account block system to access only store owners and store teams to see this activities someone customers was do fraud to our systems my store team was do action and this new future customer account block system is that person account has to access to block he do not do next time order so many store owner facing this problem please this new future to launch customer account block

When customer order any product. Owner should receive an order notification on WhatsApp and also customer should also receive order details on his or her whatsapp. Also normal msg should be there like at present it is.

As a seller we all know how courier companies charge us extra for COD orders. That's why I would like to request for an option to add COD charges so that customers are encouraged for prepaid orders which will help us to save hefty COD charges and avoid RTO due to fake orders.

Please add filter option for attributes like size, color, gender etc

So we can also track our customer's orders and we don't have to keep records of tracking ID's of our customers

We want setting that if any buyer cod order cancel, we have option for block cod order for this buyer for future. Only prepaid order they can book.

right now you can sell ALL your product either though COD or Online Payment. Suppose we want to sell any digital product and both payment modes enabled. how can we fulfill a order on COD. so there should be payment mode selection option on each product. it should be seller choice which product he want to sell on COD or through Online Payment.
